Squar Milner currently provides audit and tax services to 30 public companies, some of which are accelerated filers and NASD companies. Our audit partners and managers have served at international CPA firms leading engagements for NYSE and NASD companies. We have over 80 years of combined SEC experience serving public reporting companies and deal with SEC staff frequently in connection with client filings and on special communications. Additionally, our partners and managers currently serve as “subject matter” advisors to “accelerated filer” companies seeking to comply with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (“SOX”). Our staff and partners regularly consult with the SEC on reporting matters and take pride in remaining current on all new SEC reporting rules and requirements. Going Public and Registration Statements:
Squar Milner can assist you in going public either via filing a registration statement such as an IPO, SB-2, Form 10, or via a reverse acquisition. For smaller publicly traded clients such as those traded on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board and Small Cap Nasdaq, one of the challenges is finding reputable market makers in the company's stock to obtain sufficient trading volume.
